Rory Higgins is an Assistant Project Manager at KIN Property, joining the team in April 2022. With over 20 years of industry experience, Rory brings extensive expertise in large-scale delivery, defect identification, and quality assurance, supported by a strong focus on site coordination and reporting through to close-out.
He has worked across a broad portfolio of major residential developments, including West Side Place (Multiplex), Melbourne Quarter (Lendlease), Queensbridge (Time & Place), Madison Grand (Gurner), and projects delivered by Mirvac, Hickory, Hacer, and Ironside. Known for his practical, hands-on approach, Rory plays a key role in supporting teams on site and ensuring inspections are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
