At KIN, we believe a home is never just an asset. Behind every property, every loan and every lease is a human being with a dream, a plan, a family, a future they are building toward. That belief sits at the centre of everything we do – and it’s why we could not look away from the fact that, on any given night, more than 122,000 Australians are experiencing homelessness.

What drew us to We Are Mobilise is not only the cause, but the model itself. It combines a network of grassroots charities who understand their communities, corporate backing that gives the model the funding to scale, and academic evidence that proves what actually works.

It is not charity as a gesture. It is a system, built with the same rigour, trust and care we try to bring to our own work – whether that is settling a property, structuring a loan, managing a tenancy, or holding space for someone to reconnect with themselves. We see in Mobilise a shared conviction: that people flourish when they are treated as whole human beings and trusted with what they need, not managed as problems to be processed.

Mobilise’s goal is 10,000 Australians into stable housing by 2030. We are proud to play a part in making that plan a reality, because everyone deserves to be home.
