Nick Niknafs

Nick is a Defect Inspector at KIN Property, joining the team in May 2025. With over five years of industry experience, Nick focuses on inspection delivery, defect identification, and quality assurance, with a strong capability in high-volume inspections and reporting through to close-out.

He has worked across a range of residential developments, including Melbourne Quarter (Lendlease), Madison Grand (Gurner), Seafarers (Riverlee), and Queensbridge (Time & Place), along with projects delivered by Greystar, Investa, Ironside, and Hamilton Marino. Nick is known for his attention to detail and efficient on-site coordination, helping ensure inspections are completed to a high standard.
