Netta is KIN Property’s Relationship Manager – VIC, bringing extensive hands on experience across settlement management and builder’s defect services. Having previously worked as a Project Manager within the business, she has a strong on site understanding of the practical and operational demands involved in delivering successful project outcomes.

With a background in retail management and team leadership, Netta combines commercial awareness with a deep commitment to service. Her experience across complex projects gives her credibility with developers and builders alike, allowing her to build strong, transparent relationships grounded in real project knowledge. She understands what happens on the ground and uses that insight to support clear communication, aligned expectations and well managed outcomes.

Honest and direct in her approach, Netta is known for her authentic communication style and her ability to address challenges head on. She is a strong advocate for clarity and accountability, ensuring issues are identified early and managed proactively. Her knowledge and genuine care make her a trusted and respected presence across every project she is involved in.

Outside of work, Netta enjoys spending time with her family, catching up with friends over dinner and travelling.
