Lucia Hou is a highly experienced real estate professional with more than 30 years of experience spanning property management, finance, property law, property development and business development. Passionate about the importance of secure and quality housing, Lucia believes property is more than an asset – it provides security, stability and the opportunity to create lasting wealth.

As Head of Property Management at KIN Real Estate, Lucia leads the property management division and oversees new residential rental business. Her extensive understanding of the property lifecycle, combined with her background in property and finance, enables her to take a strategic and hands-on approach to protecting and growing her clients’ investments while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

Lucia’s diverse experience, including owning and operating a building and maintenance company, provides her with a practical and holistic understanding of property. She is committed to building trusted relationships, maximising portfolio potential and achieving positive outcomes for her clients.

Her expertise has been recognised through numerous accolades, including being named 2024 Property Manager of the Year and nominated for the REB Awards.
