Gabriel Lim

Gabriel is a Defect Inspector at KIN Property, joining the team in February 2025. With over five years of industry experience, Gabriel specialises in inspection delivery, defect identification, and quality assurance, with strong capability in high-volume inspections and reporting through to close-out.

He has worked across a range of residential developments, including Melbourne Quarter (Lendlease), Madison Grand (Gurner), Seafarers (Riverlee), and Queensbridge (Time & Place), along with projects delivered by Greystar, Investa, Hamton, and Ironside. Gabriel is known for his consistent on-site performance and attention to detail, helping ensure inspections are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
