Dorine Kuok

Dorine is an Assistant Property Manager at KIN Real Estate, where she supports owners in managing their investment properties and helps guide the leasing process. She brings 15 years of experience as an architectural designer specialising in luxury hotel and residential design, having worked across the UK, Singapore and Australia on projects for renowned brands including Four Seasons and W Hotels.

Her transition into real estate as a client liaison has allowed her to bring her knowledge of construction and housing market conditions into property management, where she works closely with property owners and financial planners and takes a thoughtful, empathetic approach to managing property.

Guided by integrity and a commitment to continuous growth, Dorine values transparent, dependable communication and treats everyone with respect. She enjoys working closely with both owners and residents, listening carefully and making sure everyone feels informed and supported. Her background as an architectural designer gives her a different perspective on property, offering owners a broader view and helping create a positive experience for residents.

Outside of work, Dorine is passionate about architecture, design and travel, and loves exploring new places and cultures. A keen baker with a flair for events design, she can often be found contributing to her son’s school bake sales.
