Meet May Phoenix, KIN Property’s Business Relationship Manager – NSW.

May supports the delivery of settlement management and builder’s defect services across projects in New South Wales. Working closely with developers and project teams, she focuses on building trusted relationships, strengthening KIN’s presence in the NSW market and ensuring projects are coordinated with clarity and care.

With a background in business development and project delivery across construction and operational environments, May understands the commercial and practical realities of complex projects. She is trusted by clients and internal teams to provide clear communication and solutions focused support, consistently delivering positive contract outcomes through strong stakeholder engagement and effective negotiation.
