Kelly Coutts

Having spent over a decade with the KIN family, Kelly’s journey began in 2014 as a Settlement Coordinator, where her passion for the residential construction and development industry ignited. She swiftly ascended the ranks, becoming a seasoned Project Manager and later taking the reins of our Defecting Department. Here, she thrived on collaborating with builders to deliver top-tier off-the-plan products before settling into her current role. As the driving force behind Marketing & Strategy Implementation at KIN, Kelly new oversees initiatives across KIN Property, KIN Real Estate, and KIN Finance.

Originally from Toronto, Canada, Kelly’s early career was rooted in the film festival industry before she made Melbourne her home in 2013. She embodies KIN’s core values, placing kindness and building connections and community at the heart of everything she does.

Outside the office, Kelly’s passions are equally varied. She manages a pet care business, enjoys wellness pursuits from yoga to cold water swims, going to her local cinema the Sun Theatre, and has recently taken up learning the piano. A former national champion rhythmic gymnast for Canada, she continues to embrace movement through dance and performing. Kelly also treasures time with family and friends, both in Australia and back home in Canada.
