Having started her career with a love of the arts, Kelly completed a postgraduate degree in Arts and Cultural Management followed by a Master of Arts, and has worked in various roles across several major festivals, both locally and abroad.
Whilst completing her master’s degree, Kelly began working at KIN where her interest and passion for the residential construction industry was cultivated. She progressed quickly from Settlement Coordinator to Project Manager, all the while relishing in assisting purchasers and developers achieve successful settlement results.
Kelly is now KIN’s Defect Management Specialist and has developed and grown this aspect of KIN’s service offering. Following years of facilitating pre-settlement inspections, Kelly thrives on working with builders to deliver quality off-the-plan products. A team player who works with her clients, Kelly revels in the challenge of diving into new opportunities. She loves solving problems and ensuring all stakeholders feel supported and informed.
Having grown up in Toronto, Kelly moved to Melbourne in 2013 and never complains about the weather. She enjoys getting out into nature, yoga, good food and beer, and stops to greet every dog she sees.
