Juan is a Defect Inspector at KIN Property, joining the team in March 2022. With over 10 years of industry experience, Juan specialises in inspection delivery, defect identification, and quality assurance, with a strong focus on high-volume inspections and efficient reporting through to close-out.

He has worked across a wide range of major residential developments, including West Side Place (Multiplex), Melbourne Quarter (Lendlease), Queensbridge (Time & Place), Madison Grand (Gurner), and Seafarers (Riverlee), along with projects delivered by Hickory, Hacer, Ironside, and Kapitol Group. Known for his thorough approach and consistency on site, Juan plays a key role in ensuring inspections are completed to a high standard across multiple projects.
