Freddie recently made a transition into the real estate industry from a background in accounting. At KIN Freddie applies his expertise in financial management and client relations to his role as Assistant Project Manager. He facilitates daily operations, oversees settlement and valuation processes, and ensures project efficiency through meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
Before joining KIN, Freddie managed rentals and accounts receivables for a healthcare retail business, where he honed his customer service skills and developed a passion for fostering smooth transactions and nurturing strong client relationships. As he continues to grow in the real estate industry, Freddie is eager to leverage his diverse skill set to contribute to successful project outcomes.
Outside of work, Freddie enjoys reading, hiking, spending time outdoors, and cooking at home. His enthusiasm for learning and building connections both in and outside of the workplace defines his approach to both personal and professional life.
