Bernadette Morley

Bernadette is KIN Property’s Accounts & HR Manager and a qualified BAS Agent and Senior Bookkeeper. She is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the business, including accounting, budgeting and trust account management, while also leading internal human resources processes.

Working closely with leadership and project teams, Bernadette ensures financial systems are accurate, compliant and well governed. Her strong organisational capability and attention to detail support the smooth day to day operation of the business, providing stability and structure across multiple departments.

Prior to joining KIN, Bernadette worked as an Artist Business Manager, managing a large client portfolio and developing extensive experience in financial oversight, client management and administration. Her diverse background and practical approach make her a trusted and valued member of the KIN team.
