- Collaborate with builder to develop a defect identification and rectification strategy
- Undertake an initial detailed defect inspection & closeout defect inspection
- Assign trades utilising builders preferred program
- Provide regular reporting on progress and any recurring anomaly’s
- Attend purchaser inspection for each apartment
- Post Settlement Defect Liaison for all residents
