Fionn Holten

Fionn Holten is an Assistant Project Manager at KIN Property, where he plays a pivotal role in supporting project delivery and exceeding client and stakeholder expectations. With a background in urban planning, Fionn has prepared planning reports, provided real estate advice, and facilitated communication between clients, councils, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. His experience spans various sectors of the construction and property industries, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the complexities of diverse projects.

Outside of work, Fionn enjoys skiing, sailing, football, and a variety of outdoor activities. These pursuits help him stay energised and maintain a balanced approach to both his professional and personal life. Fionn is also pursuing his master’s degree in construction project management/property development at UNSW. He is passionate about building meaningful relationships that contribute to long-term growth and success.
