Eeshan Ng: Eeshan has had extensive experience managing contract exchanges and settlement pipelines, she has been with KIN since the beginning of 2018 and has led the team working on Ryde Garden. Eeshan is also Mandarin literate, meaning she is perfectly placed to assist with many Asian purchasers. Outside of work you will find Eeshan discovering new cafés, checking out the latest fashion or exploring the city.
Samantha Chiu: Samantha is a key part of KIN’s NSW settlements and defecting team with over 7 years of experience in the off-the-plan property market. She works to support our NSW Senior Project Manager managing purchaser communications and providing personalised customer service to purchasers, ensuring a smooth and timely settlement process. She is fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and basic Korean. Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending time with family & friends, staying fit and planning her next travel adventure!
