Meet Kelly Coutts, our Marketing & Strategy Implementation specialist at KIN Property.

Armed with an Executive Master of Arts from the University of Melbourne and a post-graduate diploma in Arts Administration and Cultural Management, she’s been an invaluable asset to our team. Kelly brings her unique mix of creativity and strategic thinking to everything she takes on.

Kelly’s journey with KIN Property began in 2014 as a Settlement Coordinator, where her passion for the residential construction industry ignited. She swiftly ascended the ranks, becoming a seasoned Project Manager and later taking the reins of our Defecting Department. Here, she thrived on collaborating with builders to deliver top-tier off-the-plan products before settling into her current role.

Originally from Toronto, Kelly embraced Melbourne as her new home in 2013. Beyond work, she finds joy in going to the cinema, immersing herself in nature, and unwinding at the local pub with a cold beer in hand.
