With an increasing number of international purchasers, Charlene’s proficiency in Mandarin has been invaluable since joining the KIN team in 2015. Working previously in property management in off-the-plan residential leasing and born in China, Charlene’s cultural understanding places her perfectly to assist with the specific requirements of Asian purchasers ensuring they are prepared and ready for settlement. Highly qualified, she holds an MBA and Bachelor of Accounting. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
