KIN Property Management recognises that the end of a tenancy is just as important as the beginning. We manage the vacating process diligently for you to promote a swift change-over of happy tenants.

An extensive checklist is provided to outgoing tenants and we guarantee that the vacate inspections are always carried out within 48 hours of keys being returned.

At KIN Property Management we always keep our landlords informed. We adhere to strict pre-refund procedures, ensuring that all the ‘legal things’, as well as the ethical things, are taken care of before any bond is refunded.
